Sunny Roberts named Fall 2019 Outstanding Accounting Graduate

Sunny Roberts is the Fall 2019 Outstanding Graduate for the B.I. Moody III College of Business Administration Department of Accounting. She is an Accounting major with a 3.86 GPA.

Roberts has been on the President’s List and Dean’s List. She is the recipient of the UL Lafayette Academic Scholarship, Singleton Kellner Bolding Scholarship, Charles and Billie Burley Scholarship, Hardee Memorial Scholarship, and TOPS Scholarship.

She has been a member of Beta Alpha Psi and Alpha Delta Pi. Her community service activities include volunteering with The Big Event, St. Joseph’s Diner, Bowl for Kids’ Sake, Relay for Life, UL Lafayette Earth Day, Arbor Day, and accounting tutoring with Beta Alpha Psi.

After graduation, Roberts will begin her career at Thibodaux Hebert Deshotels LeBlanc, LLC. She plans to obtain her CPA license and additional certifications including Certified Fraud Examiner.

She is the daughter of Randy and Tracy Roberts of New Llano, Louisiana.
