Quincy Damon is the Spring 2021 Department of Economics and Finance Outstanding Graduate for the B.I. Moody III College of Business Administration. He is a finance major with a 3.9 GPA.

Damon has been on the President’s List and Dean’s List. He is the recipient of the Glenn Armentor “Pay It Forward” Scholarship, Thibodeaux Scholarship, Gerald ‘Jerry’ Reaux Jr. Memorial Scholarship, William A. Brady Scholarship, Louis F. Maraist Scholarship, and others. He is the recipient of the UL Lafayette Black Faculty and Staff Association Black Student Achievement Award and the President’s Top Scholar Award.

Damon has been a member of the Honors Program, a member and tutor for the TRIO Program, and a mentee in 100 Black Men of America. His community service activities include volunteering with the Wounded Warrior Project.

After graduation, Damon plans to pursue a Master of Business Administration in Finance. His goal is to work for an investing or financial firm. 

He is the son of Danielle Victoria Damon of Lafayette, La and Gerald Damon Sr. of Humble, Tx.
