The B.I. Moody III College of Business Administration’s Department of Marketing and Hospitality will host culinary tycoon Chef John Besh as part of its Louisiana Impact Series.

An interactive presentation about Besh’s path to success will begin at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 24, in the Student Union Ballroom. A book signing for his Cooking from the Heart will follow at 2:15 p.m. The cookbook revisits the locations, lessons, and mentors that shaped his culinary journey. From Germany’s Black Forest to the mountains of Provence, each chapter highlights heartfelt memories and delicious recipes - the framework for his love of food.

This event is free and open to the public. Copies of Cooking from the Heart will be for sale for $40 the day of the event.
