Matthew Wilson named Moody Business Fall 2019 Outstanding Master's Graduate

Matthew Wilson is the Fall 2019 Outstanding Master’s Graduate for the B.I. Moody III College of Business Administration. He is earning a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Health Care Administration and has a 4.0 GPA.
Wilson is a 2017 graduate of UL Lafayette with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering. He was a member of UL Lafayette Track and Field from 2013-2018. He is the recipient of the UL Lafayette Top GPA Male Athlete in 2018 and Sunbelt Conference Outstanding Student Award from 2015-2018.
He worked as a Wireline Engineer for Youngquist Brothers, Inc. and as a Graduate Assistant for the UL Lafayette Department of Nursing. He also worked for Cardiovascular Institute of the South as an assistant practice administrator and special projects coordinator.
Wilson recently accepted a position as a Field Engineer with Premier Directional Drilling in Houston, Texas.
He is the son of Clay and Maggie Menard of Abbeville, Louisiana.
